Brad Sheppard

Brad brings more than three decades of commercial property experience to McGees Property Brisbane, providing clients with experienced, practical guidance across property and asset management.

His expertise spans commercial property management, trust accounting, insurance, property management systems and project management, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the operational and financial considerations involved in managing commercial property. Brad works closely with property owners to navigate complex challenges, protect asset value and support long-term performance.

Known for his firm but fair approach, Brad places strong emphasis on communication and relationships, helping maintain productive relationships between owners, tenants and other stakeholders. He has been with McGees Property Brisbane since 1994 and holds qualifications in Business and Project Management.
