As Head of Capital Transactions, Hugh leads McGees Property Brisbane’s Capital Transactions team, advising private and institutional investors, developers and owner-occupiers on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property.

Having transacted billions of dollars in commercial real estate, Hugh brings extensive market knowledge, established industry relationships and proven negotiation and execution capability to every transaction. His experience spans landmark office towers, CBD development sites, shopping centres, real estate-backed operating businesses and owner-occupied properties.

Hugh works closely with clients to understand their investment objectives, identify the right transaction strategy and navigate each stage of the process. His hands-on approach combines commercial insight with disciplined execution, helping clients make informed decisions and achieve strong transaction outcomes.
