Trent supports McGees Property Brisbane’s Asset Management team while leading initiatives that improve the systems, technology and processes behind the way the business manages property.

In Asset Management, Trent assists with lease administration, reporting, systems management and day-to-day portfolio processes, helping ensure information is accurate and workflows remain efficient. In his PropTech role, he identifies opportunities to streamline manual processes, implement technology solutions and improve the way teams work across the business.

By combining property operations with technology and process improvement, Trent helps create efficiencies that support faster, more consistent service for clients. His resourceful and collaborative approach is focused on making complex processes simpler and enabling the wider McGees team to work more effectively.
