Josh Standen

Josh brings extensive trade-based and facilities management experience to his role. He is a trade-qualified Refrigeration and Mechanical Services Technician, supported by additional electrical qualifications and strong technical capability.

His experience includes facilities management oversight of government asset portfolios and, more recently, a role within the Property and Facilities Management team at NT Property Management. Through these positions, Josh developed a detailed understanding of the technical and operational requirements of large-scale commercial and government-occupied properties.

Josh’s hands-on knowledge and facilities management expertise support the delivery of proactive, technically informed facilities management services across our Darwin portfolio.
