James began his real estate career in 1983, working for Brock Commercial in Adelaide and later Colliers Jardine across the USA, Vietnam, China and Darwin, before joining McGees in 2012. His consultancy experience spans four continents, covering management, leasing, sales, valuation and marketing of real estate.
