Simon joined McGees in 1985 while completing his degree in Property Resource Management, specialising in valuation. Over his early career he worked across industrial, commercial, hotel, retail and medical property, oil companies, major brewers and government instrumentalities. He now focuses on agency business for public, government and private clients, and is Managing Director of McGees (SA) Pty Ltd.
