Charlie Davidson

As part of McGees Property Brisbane’s Valuations team, Charlie supports the research and analysis that underpin accurate, well-informed valuation advice for clients.

His role includes market research, economic trend analysis and valuation reporting, helping the team build a detailed evidence base for valuation assignments. With experience across residential and commercial property, Charlie brings a strong academic foundation in property markets, valuation principles and research-led analysis.

A QUT Bachelor of Property Economics graduate, Charlie first joined McGees through the university internship program. His attention to detail, analytical approach and enthusiasm for the profession support the team in delivering thorough and reliable valuation work.
