Michael provides clients with specialist valuation and strategic property advice, bringing more than 17 years of experience across property valuation, financial analysis and advisory.
His expertise includes financial modelling, cash flow analysis, going concern and feasibility assessments, complex valuation assignments and strategic property advice. Michael has also played a key role in specialised national valuation work, including Self Storage Valuations for national portfolio assignments.
Michael combines analytical rigour with a strong understanding of client objectives, translating complex property and financial information into clear, evidence-based advice. His focus is on giving clients the insight and confidence they need to make informed property decisions.
