What is a
NABERS Certificate and BEEC?
NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System) measures a building’s energy efficiency, carbon emissions, water consumption and waste, comparing it to similar buildings on a scale of zero to six stars.
A BEEC (Building Energy Efficiency Certificate) sets out the energy efficiency rating of a building offered for sale, lease or sublease, combining the NABERS rating with a Commercial Building Disclosure Tenancy Lighting Assessment.
